TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement is carried out as a negotiated procedure pursuant to the Act (2016:1146) on procurement in the utilities sectors (LUF), as amended in its latest version. Negotiations may, at the Contracting Authority’s initiative, take place with tenderers. Tenders may be accepted without prior negotiations.
