TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers daily regular premises cleaning as well as additional, maintenance and holiday cleaning. Daily regular premises cleaning and maintenance services are included in the fixed price, while additional and holiday cleaning is ordered separately. The procurement is divided as follows: Sub-area A - primary and upper secondary schools Södermalm, 17 schools, approx. 99,200 m2 of cleanable area, Sub-area B - primary and upper secondary schools Kungsholmen, 10 schools, approx. 107,500 m² of cleanable area, Sub-area C - primary and upper secondary schools Northern Inner City (Norrmalm, Östermalm), 14 schools, approx. 93,700 m² of cleanable area. Schools that currently provide premises cleaning in-house have the option to call off specific services, as well as to connect the school to this agreement. The total value of the agreement is estimated at approximately SEK 70 million per year and SEK 280 million for the entire agreement period.
