TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Swedish Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Assessment of Social Services, SBU, intends to procure a framework agreement for consultancy services in order to support the Agency in its work to strengthen and further develop the Agency’s operational and strategic capabilities in leadership, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. The procurement includes consultancy services within the following service areas: · Agency leadership and governance · Organisational methods and process development · Data protection and information security · General public administration legal advisory services (e.g. advice in matters of public access and secrecy, and other administrative law) · Legal advisory services in relation to the Contracting Authority’s assignment at both national and EU level, due to the new EU legal framework requiring that Member States jointly evaluate the relative effectiveness and safety of new medicinal products and medical devices.
