The contract includes dismantling existing entrance door units and doors for bicycle storage rooms. Delivery and installation of new doors for the same, including the required connection work, seals, hardware fitting, adjustment and functional testing in the contracting authority’s property portfolio. LysekilsBostäder AB is a municipal company that owns approximately 1,200 apartments and approximately 70 premises, as well as garages and parking spaces. In addition, there are properties for residential care for the elderly and three preschools in which the municipality operates the activities. The agreement is based on close cooperation between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority and is carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with ABT 06 and these Administrative Provisions.
