Nordvästra Skånes Renhållnings AB (NSR) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for procurement consulting services. NSR works towards sustainable resource use and a circular society of the future. To succeed, we sometimes need to complement our own resources with external specialist expertise in public procurement. With this dynamic purchasing system, we want to create a flexible and long-term opportunity to quickly access the right expertise when a need arises. Needs may vary over time and may include everything from strategic support and quality assurance to carrying out entire procurements. Assignments may, among other things, relate to needs and market analyses, procurement strategies, preparation and quality assurance of procurement documents, procurement law-related support, conducting procurements, support in challenges/appeals, contract matters, contract follow-up, as well as other specialist services within public procurement and purchasing.
