TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns framework agreements for procurement consulting services for carrying out various types of procurements and services associated with them. The assignments may include both the contracting authorities’ own procurements within the various business areas of the Public Authorities and call-offs under national framework agreements, for example in cases of lack of resources, high workload, or situations where the Public Authorities consider that they need procurement expertise with specialization in industry-specific areas. The assignments may include carrying out all or parts of procurement assignments. Assignments that act as a mentor for the Public Authority’s own procurement officers may also occur.
