TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns framework agreements for procurement consulting services for carrying out various types of procurement and services associated with them. The assignments may both relate to the contracting authority’s own procurements within the various business areas of the Authorities, and to call-offs under national framework agreements, for example in situations of staff shortages, high workload, or where the Authorities consider they need procurement expertise with specialisation in industry-specific areas. The assignments may include the implementation of the entire procurement assignment or parts of it. Assignments where the procurement consultant acts as a mentor for the Authorities’ own procurement officers may also occur.
