The subject of procurement is the service of management and maintenance of the public irrigation systems in the area of Vukovar-Srijem County for a period of four (4) years, namely for the following systems:- Lipovac- Ervenica- Sopot- Blato-Cerna- Agricultural and Forestry School Vinkovci.This service includes administrative and operational management, conservation and deconservation of the systems, and maintenance of the public irrigation systems, all in accordance with the attached bill of quantities and the technical specifications, which are an integral part of the Procurement Documentation.The subject service required for regular, safe and functional management of the public irrigation systems includes:- administrative and operational management of the systems (conclusion of contracts with users during the year, obligation to contract the transfer of electricity supply with a supplier, invoicing and collection of costs from end users - fixed and variable costs, collection of receivables (issuing reminders to users), keeping records for users, monitoring of video surveillance (application), and other necessary actions for complete performance of the management and maintenance…
