UR Rohdenhof facility, address: Sutelstraße 18 and Klein-Buchholzer-Kirchweg 9. Offices are located in the same building and accessible via multiple entrances, therefore separate addresses. Object: Kita, after-school care, nursery, children's emergency admission, children's day group, girls' residential group, administration, housekeeping area. Contract duration: 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2030 plus two optional extensions each for one year up to a maximum of 31.12.2032. Cleaning scope amounts to an average of 1274.41 m²/day at Rohdenhof and 1,014.05 m²/day in the Kita and nursery. Cleaning days/times: Monday - Friday in two shifts: mornings from 05:00 (Rohdenhof, possibly nursery) and afternoons from 16:00 (Kita/after-school care). Special features: Cleaning during daytime operation (except in Kita) during use. Daily contact with residents (children and adolescents), friendliness and sensitive handling are prerequisites.
