TENDER DESCRIPTION

Whereas, as stated in the project, the project provides continuity to the Comprehensive Environmental Recovery Project, enhancement and tourism activation of the historic centre of Ginestar (VIURE AL POBLE +), through which the Town Council renewed and re-developed part of the old town centre, and is intended to adapt the remaining streets of the urban centre. Carrer Nou forms part of the expansion of the historic centre of Ginestar; it is already urbanized and has all urban services, but its pavement and service networks require renovation. The action is located on the southern part of Carrer Nou, with an intervention surface area of 343.48 m², and proposes re-development of the street with a single platform better adapted to pedestrians. Total demolition of the pavement and the road subbase is planned, and the formation of a single platform finished with concrete slabs 20x40x8 cm laid in herringbone pattern, in continuity with the existing pavement of the adjacent streets.
