TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project involves the removal of existing structures and the construction of a new bus stop with a canopy, parking lot, and accompanying infrastructure in the area bounded by Leskovarjeva Street, Kolodvorska Street, and Plečnikova Street in Slovenska Bistrica. The main facility is a bus stop that under a common roof combines bus traffic platforms, waiting rooms for passengers, sanitary facilities, administrative offices, and a commercial unit with appropriate auxiliary rooms. Outside the building, external landscaping with associated traffic and functional surfaces will be arranged. Short-term parking is planned in the northeastern part of the area, while a new parking lot for passenger vehicles, including parking spaces for disabled persons and electric vehicles, is planned in the southwestern part. A taxi stand and canopies for electric bicycles with a charging station are also planned.
