TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the arrangement of the national cycling route D1 along Zaloška Road in Ljubljana and the rehabilitation of the roadway of Zaloška Road between Kajuhova Street and the motorway connection, co-financed by the European Cohesion Policy funds 2021-2027. The subject of the contract is defined in more detail in the bills of quantities (Annex A), project/technical documentation (Annex B), and in the contract templates: MOL (Annex C), ENERGETIKA LJUBLJANA d.o.o. (Annex D), and VODOVOD KANALIZACIJA SNAGA d.o.o. (Annex E). In the project, Energetika Ljubljana d.o.o. (hereinafter also ENLJ) acts as the investor of construction works for the purpose of rehabilitating the gas and hot water network, and VODOVOD KANALIZACIJA SNAGA d.o.o. acts as the investor for the rehabilitation of the water supply network.
