TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the arrangement of the national cycle connection D1 along Zaloška Street in Ljubljana and the resurfacing of Zaloška Street between Kajuhova Street and the connection to the AC, and it is co-financed with funds from the European cohesion policy 2021-2027. The subject of the contract is defined in more detail in the bills of quantities (Annex A), in the project/technical documentation (Annex B) and in the draft contract templates: MOL (Annex C), ENERGETIKA LJUBLJANA d.o.o. (Annex D) and VODOVOD KANALIZACIJA SNAGA d.o.o. (Annex E). In the project, Energetika Ljubljana d.o.o. (hereinafter also ENLJ) acts as the investor for construction works for the purposes of renewal of the gas pipeline and district heating network, and VODOVOD KANALIZACIJA SNAGA d.o.o. acts as the investor for renewal of the water supply network.
