TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the development and equipping of the Central Park in Tribunj. It is planned to arrange a new central park, i.e., a new public green area, to arrange the parterre zones with a children’s playground in the Municipality of Tribunj. The scope of the arrangement of the Central Park in Tribunj is located in the built-up part of the settlement, within the zone of infrastructure systems. No construction of buildings is planned on the subject plot; instead, the area will be arranged in a parterre manner, including green areas, permeable (infiltration) surfaces, paths, a children’s playground, and a protective fence. The existing terrain is mostly level, with a slight slope from the south toward the north. The planned arrangement envisages the creation of a central green park as the main public space intended for rest, recreation, and social gatherings. Within the park, various functional units are planned that complement one another. The central part of the park consists of landscaped green areas with pedestrian paths that connect all parts of the park and enable comfortable movement.
