TENDER DESCRIPTION

The reconstruction and development of the multifunctional fishing heritage centre "Soliona" in Veli Rat includes Phase 1 of the reconstruction of the freestanding building of the multifunctional centre, whereby works are envisaged to remove part of the existing structure and construct a new building within the existing floor plan dimensions, with an increase in height. The reconstructed building is planned as a single-storey building with a gallery, with a multi-purpose hall on the ground floor and an exhibition space and seating area in the gallery. The subject matter includes construction, trades and related installation works necessary to carry out Phase 1 as an independent usable and functional whole, as well as the construction of a car park to ensure the required number of parking spaces. The project concerns a building for public use, intended for cultural, exhibition, presentation and multi-purpose content connected with fishing heritage.
