The subject of this procedure is the arrangement/renovation of a portion of the street Put Gospe Stomorije in Kaštel Novi on cadastral parcel no. 1792/1, cadastral municipality Kaštel Novi, parcel no. 1908, 1959, cadastral municipality Kaštel Stari and other parcels, all in accordance with the project documentation, which consists of: Execution project: • construction project – architectural project, designation T.D. 09/2025 IZV-PR, prepared by the design office “STUDIO OMNIARH d.o.o. for architectural design, Ulica Starog Antona 15, Kaštel Novi”, by designer: Ivan Radeljak, dipl.ing.arh., licence number A 3374, April 2025, as well as the corresponding bill of quantities, technical specifications, in accordance with the stated project, pursuant to the provisions of the draft Contract, applicable laws, regulations and professional rules.
