TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract involves the construction of a new covered grandstand on the west side of the heated artificial turf pitch at the Pori Sports Centre, with the design basis being 1,500 seats. On the upper terrace of the grandstand, semi-heated announcer and control room spaces will be located, together with provisions for box seating spaces and event-specific public service functions. The works covered by the contract include the construction of the grandstand structure itself and the related MEP (LVIAS) works. The contracting authority is responsible for earthworks up to the underside of the foundation footings and for paving/asphalting. The contracting authority is also responsible for underground technical systems installations. The construction site is located in the City of Pori, in the Isomäki district, at Porin Urheilukeskus. The project will be carried out as a lump-sum contract during the period 16.11.2026 – 14. 5. 2027. The City of Pori will carry out the earthworks as a client-directed contract.
