TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a service of leasing printing devices together with a follow-me printing system and comprehensive service provided within the scope of the leased hardware and software resources. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the scope and the method and requirements for performing the subject matter of the contract, are specified by: 2.1 a description of the subject matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, 2.2 a contract template constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp).
