TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in renting printing devices together with a follow-the-print printing system and comprehensive service provided for the rented equipment and software resources. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, the scope, and the manner and requirements for performing the subject matter of the contract, are specified by: 2.1 a description of the subject matter of the contract hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ, 2.2 a contract template constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then it will carry out the contractor’s qualification in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, for the contractor whose tender received the highest score. 4.
