TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the comprehensive maintenance service for capital medical devices and equipment manufactured by "Varian Medical Systems" that are in use at the Clinical Hospital Center Osijek for a duration of 3 (three) years. The comprehensive maintenance service of medical equipment manufactured by "Varian Medical Systems" over a period of 3 (three) years includes: 1. Preventive maintenance: • 3 preventive services annually for the "Varian Clinac iX" linear accelerator. • Remote support by the Contractor and "Varian Medical Systems" is included in the service (Smart Connect installed and active). • Use of Varian’s remote services Smart Connect for all covered equipment. The Contractor and "Varian Medical Systems" will ensure and maintain access to the Smart Connect server during the term of this contract. • On-site service support as needed, which includes travel costs, planned or unplanned costs incurred by the contractor’s engineer. • All spare parts for the "Clinac iX" linear accelerator, including vacuum tubes. • Maintenance of control software with updates. • Measures to enhance functional safety. • Verification of the function of the entire equipment. •…
