Procurement of services for the preparation of basic design documentation for the public irrigation system Sabljaci in all respects in accordance with the attached Specification of services (Design brief), which forms an integral part of this Procurement documentation (annex). The services substantially include the preparation/performance of: 1. Climatological background, 2. Agronomic background, 3. Technical/Conceptual solution, 4. Geotechnical study, 5. Environmental protection study with obtaining a Decision of the competent authority, 6. Feasibility study, 7. Conceptual design for obtaining the location permit, including applicable geodetic studies/designs, 8. Determining special conditions and connection conditions from public-law bodies and obtaining the location permit.
