• Design services:
• For Group 6 (Varaždin and Lepoglava): 40 calendar days from the day of introduction to the job.

• Professional supervision services:

• Professional supervision must be carried out from the introduction of the works contractor to the job until the completion of the works, including handover, final settlement with the contractor, and submission of all required documentation to the Client.
• If there is an extension or exceeding of the deadline during the execution phase by the works contractor, the professional supervision services for all contracted works will be extended accordingly by signing an annex to the contract.

• Supervision over the execution of civil engineering, craft, and installation works based on the arrangement projects and bills of quantities.
• Ensuring compliance with the valid Construction Law and the Rulebook on the manner of conducting expert supervision, conditions for keeping a construction diary, and the content of the supervisory engineer's final report.
• Controlling the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the contractor towards the client/investor, and taking appropriate measures to realize these obligations.
• Ensuring the execution of necessary works as defined by project documentation and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Specifically, this includes controlling adherence to work execution deadlines, compliance of work with project documentation, quality of works, quantity, quality, and conformity of installed products, and the calculation of executed works.

• Group 7/26 (Kumrovec, Krapinsko-zagorska County) includes the project arrangement and expert supervision for 6 apartments.
