Grupa 6. Projekt uređenja stanova i stručnog nadzora u gradu Varaždinu i gradu Lepoglavi

The contract duration is 12 months. The contract begins from the date of mutual signature.

Key milestones and phases include:

• Project design services for Group 6: 40 calendar days from the date of introduction to the job.
• Project design services for Group 7: 35 calendar days from the date of introduction to the job.
• Expert supervision services: 70 calendar days from the date the construction contractor is introduced to the job, matching the duration of the construction work. This supervision covers the period from the contractor's introduction until the completion of works, including handover and final settlement.
• The overall 12-month contract duration accounts for the time required to select a construction contractor after the project design service is completed.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the "Service of designing projects for the arrangement of empty apartments and expert supervision over the execution of arrangement works" (USLUGA IZRADE PROJEKATA ZA UREĐENJE PRAZNIH STANOVA I STRUČNOG NADZORA NAD IZVOĐENJEM RADOVA UREĐENJA).

Specifically, the Statement of Work is summarized as:

• Service of creating a Renovation Project with a bill of quantities and the service of expert supervision for the renovation of empty apartments under the Client's jurisdiction. This includes adherence to the description and quantities specified in the Project Task, List of Apartments, Terms and Requirements, and the Bill of Quantities for each group.
• The tender is divided into two groups:
• Group 6: Project of apartment arrangement and expert supervision in the cities of Varaždin and Lepoglava. This covers the service of developing a renovation project for civil-craft and installation works with cost estimates for 9 apartments, and the service of conducting expert supervision over the execution of these works.
• Group 7: Project of apartment arrangement and expert supervision in the municipality of Kumrovec. This covers the service of developing a renovation project for civil-craft and installation works with cost estimates for 6 apartments, and the service of conducting expert supervision over the execution of these works.
• All project work must align with the STATILEO Program, Article 25.

The contract duration is 12 months from the date of mutual signing. Key deadlines include 35 calendar days for design services from the introduction to the job, and 70 calendar days for expert supervision services, aligning with the works execution period. Expert supervision includes overseeing works from contractor introduction through completion, handover, final settlement, and submission of all required documentation.
