• Drilling Services: This encompasses the drilling of wells to specified depths, running, landing, and testing of casing, and the completion or recompletion of wells. Well completion activities involve tasks such as nippling of spools, manipulating tubing and packers, milling and retrieving downhole equipment, fishing, and supporting various operations like cementing, squeezing, perforating, production logging, wireline, well intervention, and well killing operations.
• Well Operations: Suspension or abandonment of wells, as well as the measurement and recording of all lengths and dimensions of tools, materials, and components in the hole at all times.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: The Contractor is solely responsible for operating Contractor's Items, including rigging-up, testing, running, and rigging-down. This also covers the storage and maintenance of both Contractor's and Company's equipment and assets.
• Logistics and Site Management: Moving Contractor's and Company's Items to and from well locations, cleaning up locations after drilling or other operations are concluded, and assistance to Company's Contractors for related services.
• Mobilization and Transport: Mobilization, transport, assembly, and disassembly of Contractor’s equipment (including workover rigs, barracks, vehicles, personnel, spare parts) to and from locations. It also covers the transport of Company equipment, materials, and working fluids, and the unloading of Company equipment.
• Support Services: Providing electrical energy for work in wells/facilities, loading, transport, and permits for technological fluids, and disposal of harvested fluid from the bore hole.
