TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the Service for upgrading the SAP system, the implementation and delivery of a complete SAP S/4HANA ERP system through a technical conversion of the existing SAP ECC system, including analysis of the current situation, planning and execution of data migration, adaptation of business processes, testing, deployment of the system to production, and providing support after implementation. In doing so, it is also necessary to perform the transition, i.e. the conversion from SAP ECC licenses to the SAP S/4HANA license model. The subject of procurement includes: • technical conversion and data migration, • system integration, • licensing and subscriptions, • testing and quality assurance, • implementation and deployment to production. The primary goal of the Contracting Authority is to raise the system to a higher technological level, ensure the stability and security of the system, availability of upgraded versions of tools, continuity of process modules and introduction of new functionalities, with uninterrupted business operations.
