TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the maintenance of the application system of the criminal records. A detailed description of the subject of procurement, including service delivery deadlines, is provided in the Technical Specification. The application system of the criminal records is an information system in which data from the Criminal Records are processed, stored, or transmitted in electronic form so that they are available to authorized users, which includes international (ECRIS) exchange of data from criminal records, communication with the ABIS system and the ECRIS TCN system, and data on the rehabilitation of judgments, i.e. persons.
