TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of the application system of the criminal records. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement with the service delivery deadlines is provided in the Technical Specification. The Criminal Records application system (KE) is used for entering, storing, processing, and exchanging data on criminal convictions, sanctions, and judgments. The system is owned by the Ministry and is located in the Shared Services Centre. Its main purpose is to enable the rapid and secure delivery of data for the judicial system of the Republic of Croatia (RH), to ensure accurate and secure data exchange with national and international systems (ECRIS RI, ECRIS TCN), and to provide various services to end users (legal and natural persons and institutions).
