Usluga održavanja integriranog bolničkog i poslovnog informacijskog sustava (IBIS)

The contract duration is 12 months. The contract starts from the date of mutual signature.

The core scope of work and statement of work summary for this tender is the service of maintaining the integrated hospital and business information system (IBIS) and Hemotools for a one-year period. This service involves the maintenance of various software modules and their integrations, as detailed in the technical specification and bill of quantities.

The core deliverables and scope of work include:

• Maintenance of Basic BIS Modules: This covers the BIS core system, HL7 integration standard, financial report creation application, hospital nutrition module, nursing documentation, double invoicing, billing, mEMR, module for automatic notification of neurocritical patients, and patient identification with bracelets.
• Maintenance of Specific BIS Modules: This includes a module for collecting structured oncological data and the MedScan add-on module.
• Maintenance of Integrations: Key integrations include eLists, eOrdering, eReferrals and eFindings, Quality Management - Accreditation, eServices, BIS - PNP, State Treasury, eGuidelines (for minimal retesting intervals), eNewborn, SMS patient notification, BIS - CATO, eInvoice, BIS component for automatic data exchange with CUS (5 services), CheckIN system, AX business system - CAFM, eCijepih/eCEZDLIH, ePošta, Equipment Register, MOSAIQ OIS, interface for message exchange with COD, LIS integration in the newborn screening laboratory with IN2 BIS, BIS - Aria, BIS - DPL, BIS - Pathology, BIS - RIS, and BIS – eDelphyn.
• Maintenance of Other Applications: This encompasses the PIS (MS Dynamics AX), HR system, Microbiology, Laboratory Information System (LIS) (including its quality control, reporting, autovalidation, communication interfaces for analyzers, HL7 communication interface, newborn screening module, integrated waiting room, SortIN system, and eGuidelines module), GDPR, PSL module, module for reporting infectious diseases, Skladin (system for tracking traffic and inventory status in departments), and module for tracking consumption of particularly expensive items.
• System Maintenance: This specifically includes system maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• User Support and Data Management: Providing user support in interpreting legal regulations through existing functionalities, exporting log records for patient medical documentation upon request, consulting on technical prerequisites for system operation, exporting data from the application system in a defined format upon request, assisting with deletion and recovery of items/documents, and adjusting IBIS configuration parameters during system environment changes.
• Incident and Request Management: Assistance with data recovery from backup storage in case of system failure, monthly reporting on the status of all requests, modification of existing and addition of new document templates (up to 20 documents, up to 2 pages without demanding graphic design), changes to user rights in the application system upon request, receiving and documenting requests through IMS procedures, regular reporting on request statuses, coordination of priorities and resolution of requests, and priority support response.

The service is to be executed continuously and without interruption.
