The contract duration is 12 months or 1 year from the date of concluding the contract. The contract begins from the mutual signature of the contract.

The core scope of work for this tender is the maintenance service for the Trademark and Industrial Design Registration application. This service encompasses integrated services for the electronic submission of trademark and industrial design registration requests, subsequent requests and documents, and a user area.

The key activities and deliverables include:

• Preventive Maintenance: This involves regular periodic monitoring and adjustment of all application parameters to ensure optimal and correct operation. It explicitly covers ensuring updated program code versions, testing new code in a test environment, applying and testing patches for application components, periodically reviewing application and system logs, verifying database object configurations, continuous monitoring of system performance, managing integrated state infrastructure services (such as PKI certificate updates and technical support communication), and submitting monthly reports on preventive maintenance activities.
• Corrective Maintenance:
• Service Maintenance: Addressing the root causes of operational stoppages reported by the Client or identified by the Contractor. The aim is to restore the application to its prior functional state after resolving any issues.
• User Support: Providing necessary explanations, assistance, and consulting to the Client's staff who support end-users of the Application. Direct support to end-users is also provided when deemed essential.
• Consultations and Inquiries: Offering consultations through various communication channels (e.g., meetings, phone calls) to resolve issues related to the proper functioning and use of the Application.

The estimated value of the procurement is 45,000.00 EUR. The contract duration is 12 months, commencing from the date of mutual signing. The place of execution is partially at the Client's headquarters and partially at the Contractor's headquarters, with the Client determining the specific location for each obligation.
