TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of public procurement is the procurement of a service for insurance of liability for damage caused to third parties arising from the activities. The subject of insurance is an insurance policy for general (public) liability for damage caused to third parties arising from the activities of the company HŽ Putnički prijevoz d.o.o., which relates to the provision of passenger transport services in domestic and international rail traffic. For insurance that is the subject of procurement, a deductible is not agreed, i.e., the Contracting Authority does not participate in covering the damage.
