TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service of collection and further processing of plastic and metal packaging and plastic in accordance with the Cost Breakdown, the Technical Specification, and other conditions of this Procurement Documentation. The service includes collection of waste at the supplier’s location within a maximum radius of 20 km from the address of the Contracting Authority’s registered office, sorting of the waste, and further processing of the waste. Liability of the waste holder — the Contracting Authority’s responsibility ceases at the moment the waste is taken over by the Supplier. The selected supplier is required to take over the waste in full regardless of the proportion of impurities and to handle it in accordance with all applicable positive regulations.
