TENDER DESCRIPTION
Service of collection, transport and disposal of bulky waste collected as part of the public service. The term “bulky municipal waste” defined by the Waste Management Act (NN 84/2021 and NN 142/2023, Article 4, paragraph 19) is an item or substance that, due to its volume and/or mass, is unsuitable to be collected as part of the mixed municipal waste collection service, and is specified in the Appendix to the Instruction, in accordance with Article 2(1) of the Instruction on bulky waste (NN 79/2015). Bulky municipal waste—according to the waste catalogue—falls under “municipal waste” (waste from households and similar waste from crafts, industry and institutions), including separately collected components. The catalogue key number for bulky municipal waste is 20 03 07. Service of collection, transport and disposal of bulky waste collected as part of the public service
