Usluga prijevoza putnika autobusima na relaciji stajalište Bubnjarci-Karlovac-Duga Resa i obratno, te Karlovac-Metlika-Karlovac

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the passenger transport service by bus on the route stop Bubnjarci–Karlovac–Duga Resa and back, and Karlovac–Metlika–Karlovac. In the current timetable 2025/2026, i.e. in the next timetable 2026/2027 on the line L103 Karlovac – Kamanje – DG between the stops Bubnjarci – Karlovac station and back, instead of rail passenger transport, substitute bus transport is organized. Two departures from Karlovac station to the border station Metlika in the Republic of Slovenia are also organized. For trains running to/from Duga Resa station, substitute bus transport is also organized. The reason for introducing substitute bus transport is that slow driving of 20 km/h has been introduced between the stops Bubnjarci – Karlovac station, and on certain sections of the line the operating speed is also lower. Slow driving was introduced on 30.03.2023 by the Zagreb Control Centre HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o. By introducing slow driving between the stops Bubnjarci – Karlovac station, the travel time of trains on the outward/return journey has been extended overall by 70 minutes, and in order to maintain the existing timetable with connecting services at Karlovac…
