The subject of procurement is the services of preparation and conduct of public procurement procedures of both small and large value, as well as procedures of simple procurement, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (NN 120/16, 114/22 and 48/26), applicable bylaws and the Contracting Authority’s internal acts, as well as consulting with the project partner regarding the preparation and conduct of procurement procedures in accordance with the rules for non-mandatory entities of the Public Procurement Act (NOJN), all in accordance with the Procurement Documentation, the Bill of Quantities and the Description of the Subject of Procurement.
