For Group 3, the planned contract start date is August 31, 2026, and the planned end date is December 19, 2028. The execution period for this group also starts from the date of mutual signing of the contract. Similar to Group 1, a handover report will be prepared after acceptance, and its signing date will initiate the warranty period.

For Group 6, the contract duration is 6 months, starting from the mutual signing of the contract. A handover report will be compiled upon completion, and the date it is signed will be considered the start date of the warranty period.

Regarding Group 4, the project is structured into several key phases. The first phase involves the preparation and submission of documentation, including detailed documents for modules, scenarios, and interactive 3D content. The second, development phase focuses on creating basic application functionalities using temporary audiovisual elements, alongside pilot solutions like at least one VR training and one interactive 3D content. The final phase requires all VR training and interactive 3D content to be fully operational, compliant with specifications, and free of programming errors. Post-development, the bidder is required to conduct a minimum of two educational workshops for the client's stakeholders, provide user instructions, troubleshooting documentation, and video tutorials. A detailed development and implementation plan, including timelines and key milestones, must be presented as a Gantt chart.

The core scope of work for this tender, titled "Strengthening the implementation of occupational safety measures," encompasses a multi-faceted approach to enhance occupational safety through digitalization, development of new systems, educational content, and awareness campaigns. The project aims to improve the occupational safety system by digitalizing processes, developing new and upgrading existing modules of the occupational safety information system (IS ZNR), and creating OiRA tools for risk assessment. It also includes the development of digital educational content and the execution of educational-preventive activities to bolster the capacities of occupational safety stakeholders and increase awareness regarding the importance of preventing work-related injuries.

The core deliverables are categorized into six groups:

• Group 1: Service of developing new modules and upgrading existing modules of the IS ZNR, and creating operating instructions. This includes the development and establishment of modules for Risk Assessment, Employers, Occupational Medicine, Authorizations and Supervision, and Professional Exams. It also involves upgrading the Authorized Persons and Register of Experts modules, and creating technical documentation and operating instructions.
• Group 2: Service of developing 10 OiRA tools and educational material on the use of OiRA tools. Key deliverables include the creation of OiRA tools and accompanying educational materials.
• Group 3: Service of developing various materials for educational-preventive activities aimed at reducing musculoskeletal disorders during load handling. This involves producing video films for new workers on proper load handling, video clips on correct/incorrect handling, injury mechanisms, and relief exercises. Deliverables also include a manual with regulations and practical examples, infographics on proper musculoskeletal posture, video clips for food delivery workers, poster-instructions for foreign workers, video clips for high school students on load handling and posture, and guidelines/infographics for high school students on load handling and sedentary work posture.
• Group 4: Service of developing 3D content, video clips, and other materials for the "Digitalization of learning for safe work" activity. This group focuses on producing synopses for 18 interactive 3D educational scenarios, interactive 3D content for virtual learning on safe work at heights, electric shock prevention, evacuation, and rescue. It also includes the procurement of 5 pairs of 3D virtual glasses and the production of video clips on safe work at construction sites and in the economy, along with a picture quiz on construction site safety.
• Group 5: Procurement of easily portable IT equipment. This specifically entails the procurement of 17 units of easily portable IT equipment.
• Group 6: Service of developing a creative strategy and posters, printing posters, and procuring promotional packages. Deliverables include the creation of a creative strategy for project dissemination in the media and the procurement of promotional packages.

The contract has an estimated value of 2,061,735.00 EUR, is for services, and has a duration of 12 months from the mutual signature.
