TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service of professional supervision and coordinator for occupational safety and health in the construction and equipping of the Students’ Dormitory in Slavonski Brod, in accordance with the Technical Specifications - Description of the subject of procurement and Project-technical documentation. The subject of procurement is not divided into groups because it represents a single objectively determined technical, technological, functional, and other unit. This unit is a capital investment, and the technical complexity of dividing into groups could potentially jeopardize the successful execution of the contract in the event that coordination of a larger number of different contractors is required. Therefore, for the contracting authority, the only acceptable solution is to conclude a contract for the entire subject of procurement. For the reasons stated above, the tenderer is required to offer the subject of procurement in its entirety, i.e. the tender must include all items of the Cost Breakdown.
