TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service of professional supervision and coordinator of occupational safety and health for the construction and equipping of the Students’ Dormitory in Slavonski Brod, in accordance with the Technical Specifications - Description of the subject of procurement and Project-technical documentation. The subject of procurement is not divided into groups because it represents a single objectively defined technical, technological, functional and other whole. The whole constitutes a capital investment, and the technical complexity of dividing into groups could potentially impair the successful performance of the contract in the event that coordination of a larger number of different contractors is required. Therefore, the only acceptable solution for the contracting authority is to conclude a contract for the complete subject of procurement. For this reason, the tenderer is obliged to offer the subject of procurement in its entirety, i.e., the tender must include all items of the Bill of Quantities.
