TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals for the comprehensive service of expert supervision and occupational safety coordination for the first phase of constructing the "Green Oasis" park in Čakovec, an expansive 15-hectare green infrastructure project encompassing foundational infrastructure, construction, and horticultural works. Bidders must demonstrate a robust technical capacity, including a multidisciplinary team comprising a Chief Supervisory Engineer, alongside specialized supervisory engineers for civil, landscape architecture, electrical, mechanical, and geotechnical/geomechanical works, while adhering to the "do no significant harm" principle. Specific elements of the park include a water surface, a multifunctional central building, a square with a bridge, an amphitheater, an open butterfly pavilion, St. Valentine's pavilion, a dog park, and graffiti walls.
