TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement are the services of expert supervision and the occupational safety protection coordinator during the execution of works on the construction of Zelena oaza park. The “Zelena oaza Čakovca” project plans the establishment of new green infrastructure in the urban area of the City of Čakovec through the construction of a modern city park that will completely replace the existing, neglected and unused area. Through this intervention, new green infrastructure will be established that fully follows the provisions of the Programme for the Development of Green Infrastructure in Urban Areas 2021–2030, as well as the principles of the New European Bauhaus—sustainability, inclusiveness and the aesthetic quality of space. The new park will be built in accordance with the prepared Main Design with amendments and supplements (URBIA ARH-09/2023-ID) and the issued final and enforceable building permit.
