The contract duration is 26 months. The contract begins from the mutual signature of both parties. Key milestones and phases include an estimated execution period for works of 24 months from the introduction to the job, with the deadline for introduction to the job being 3-7 working days from the client's call. The professional supervision service is continuous throughout the works, extending until the successful handover of works, final settlement, and issuance of an occupancy permit if required, also including participation until the completion of accounting control and any related legal disputes.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing both expert supervision and construction project management services for the "Gaming Industry Center – incubator and accelerator" project. The services will be performed at the location k.o. Novska, k.č. 5503, alongside ongoing first-phase construction work, requiring collaboration and coordination with other contractors and supervisors.

The Statement of Work (SOW) includes the following core deliverables and activities:

• Weekly progress reports: Detailing significant achievements, progress deficiencies, current issues, and proposed solutions.
• Monthly reports: Comprehensive reports that include an updated project plan, a comparison of planned versus actual execution times, risk analysis, a summary of quantities (planned, executed, remaining) across all project contracts, a report on planned and actual costs with a forecast to the contract end, project budget status (including risk analysis, summary, and identification of unnecessary costs), quality control report, problem-solving, communications, and a detailed description of corrective actions with responsibility analysis, along with special studies on proposed or alternative solutions for current or anticipated problems.
• Monitoring and control: Overseeing the implementation of construction contracts, expert supervision service contracts, design supervision service contracts, and all other related project contracts.
• Meeting participation: Weekly attendance at coordination meetings with all construction participants and documenting meeting conclusions.
• Client advisory: Providing consultation to the client regarding circumstances that might jeopardize project success or lead to contract breaches.
• Handover and commissioning: Participation in the handover process and commissioning of facilities, including technical inspections and obtaining occupancy permits.
