The subject of procurement includes services of professional supervision of the execution of works and services of the occupational safety and health coordinator during construction – PŠ Farkaševac. The professional supervision service includes monitoring and control of the performance of construction, craft, installation and other works and equipping the building, in accordance with applicable regulations, project documentation, bill of quantities, and other conditions from the procurement documentation. The occupational safety and health coordinator services during construction include performing tasks in accordance with applicable regulations in the field of occupational safety and health, with the aim of ensuring the safe execution of works on the construction site throughout the entire construction period. All activities under this procurement subject are carried out in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and the Description of the procurement subject, which are attached to this procurement documentation and form an integral part thereof.
