The stated floor area consists of the following spaces listed in the bill of quantities: 1. regular cleaning of 4,815.46 m2; 2. periodic cleaning, which consists of archive and storage rooms with a total sum of 20.00 m2, glass surfaces (including internal window sills) with an area of 2,376.80 m2, and floor surfaces (carpets and the like) with a total sum of 2,535.05 m2; all of the above together for periodic cleaning totals 4,931.85 m2.
