TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the services of annual maintenance of the AMQM system (Automatic Mail Quality Measurement, i.e., the System for automatic quality control), which includes services as follows: - services of basic maintenance of the AMQM system, - services of supervision and monitoring of the AMQM system, hotline services and error analysis, - services of technical support and maintenance of the software, and - services of technical support for hardware maintenance, - service support during replacement/moving/adding/removal of equipment, - data transfer, all in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities specified in the Description of the subject of procurement, the Cost/Price Schedule (Troškovnik), and this Procurement Documentation.
