TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is marketing services for supplementary health insurance for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the technical specification, cost estimate, and other conditions from this documentation. The subject of procurement includes services of planning and purchasing media space across media groups: television stations, radio stations, press, internet/online, outdoor advertising, and other media in the Republic of Croatia in accordance with the detailed description and quantities specified in the Cost Estimate attached to this Procurement Documentation. Since this concerns integrated marketing communication, that is, strategic and detailed planning and purchasing of media space which must be aligned and coordinated simultaneously among several media groups and a large number of individual media within each group, including television stations, printed editions, radio media, outdoor advertising, internet/online media, and other media in the Republic of Croatia, the subject of procurement is not divided into groups.
