TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the provision of comprehensive and continuous maintenance services for the local cemeteries of St. Luke in Kamenmost, St. Mark in Podbablje Gornje, and St. Anne in Poljica, as well as carrying out burials in the area of the Municipality of Podbablje during the contract period of 48 months. The maintenance services include mowing and arranging grass areas, maintaining and shaping woody, shrubby, and other horticultural vegetation, cleaning and maintaining paths, access roads, and parking lots where applicable, the mortuary chapel and other associated areas, removing plant and other waste, maintaining the areas around monuments, acting in the event of snow, and other actions necessary to continuously ensure tidiness, horticultural maintenance, safety, accessibility, and functionality of each cemetery. The tenderer is required to independently assess the required scope, frequency, and organization for performing all actions, and the agreed monthly unit price includes all necessary performance and repetitions.
