TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the provision of comprehensive and continuous maintenance services for the local cemeteries of St. Luke in Kamenmost, St. Mark in Podbablje Gornje and St. Anne in Poljica, and the performance of burials in the area of the Municipality of Podbablje during the contractual period of 48 months. Maintenance services include mowing and landscaping of grass areas, maintenance and shaping of woody, shrubby and other horticultural vegetation, cleaning and maintaining paths, approaches, and parking areas where applicable, the chapel mortuary and other associated premises, removal of plant and other waste, maintenance of areas around monuments, actions in the event of snow, and other activities necessary to continuously ensure orderliness, horticultural maintenance, safety, accessibility and functionality of each cemetery. The tenderer is obliged to independently assess the required scope, frequency and organization of the execution of all actions, and the contracted monthly unit price covers all required executions and repetitions.
