TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is maintenance services for technical security systems in HP business facilities and vaults, in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities specified in the Description of the Subject of Procurement, the Bill of Quantities, and this Procurement Documentation. The supplied and installed (embedded) spare parts and equipment must be new and unused, and must comply with all standards in accordance with positive regulations in the Republic of Croatia. Pursuant to the Private Security Act (NN 16/20, 114/22), the Act on the Protection of Cash-Handling Institutions (NN 56/15, 46/21, 114/22), and other positive regulations and recognized rules of the profession, the Contracting Authority is required to maintain technical security systems in all of the Contracting Authority’s business facilities in proper working order.
