TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is maintenance services for technical security systems in HP business premises and vaults, in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities specified in the Description of the subject of procurement, the Cost Schedule, and this Procurement Documentation. The supplied and installed (built-in) spare parts and equipment must be new and unused, and must meet all standards in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia. Pursuant to the Private Protection Act (NN 16/20, 114/22), the Act on the Protection of Cash Institutions (NN 56/15, 46/21, 114/22), and other applicable regulations and recognized rules of the profession, the Contracting Authority is obliged to maintain the technical security systems in all of the Contracting Authority’s business premises in proper working order.
