• Service Deliveries: Services must be delivered in accordance with approved estimates, with the client having continuous insight into progress, monitored at least weekly or as agreed.
• Documentation: Creation of business and/or technical documentation by the selected bidder(s) which the client approves or returns for correction.
• Acceptance Testing: Joint execution of acceptance tests by the selected bidder(s) and the client, including managing and reconciling human-day consumption records.
• Service Handover: Formal handover of completed services confirmed by a mutually signed Handover Report, detailing the contract, names, and quantities of delivered services. This report is accompanied by approved service requests, detailed service quantity estimations, and relevant documentation.
• Extended Production Support Documentation: All steps of the extended production support process must be documented in writing and mutually confirmed.
• Application Maintenance and Support: Maintenance and support services for existing platform components of specific applications, including the Central Meta Register (CMR), Anti-fraud software (AFS), and eProstorna inspekcija application. This encompasses rights to the latest software versions and installation/upgrade services.
