TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the service of ongoing and capital maintenance of milk analysis devices – regular service, as well as intervention for extraordinary servicing of milk analysis devices, in accordance with the technical specifications, the Cost Estimate, and the entire Procurement Documentation, indicating the name, quantity, and other conditions necessary for preparing the offer. The contracting authority cannot specify the exact quantity of procurement but determines a projected (approximate) quantity of the procurement subject. The type and quantity of procurement items planned for a 12-month period are listed in the Offer Cost Estimate-Technical Specification (Annex II), which is an integral part of the tender documentation. The contracting authority is not obliged to fully realize the specified approximate quantities. Items from the cost estimate will be procured successively, according to needs during the duration of the concluded Public Procurement Contract.
